2004 Pinot Grigio Russian River Valley
This inaugural 2004 Terlato Vineyards Pinot Grigio suggests
the Russian River Valley can produce Pinot Grigio every
bit as glorious as its famous Pinot Noirs. Enjoy the classic,
crisp, fresh aromas and flavors only exhibited by the highest
quality Pinot Gris fruit. This wonderfully versatile wine
will pair well with a variety of foods that you enjoy everyday.
1800 cases produced.
2003
Syrah Dry Creek Valley
Anthony Terlato tasted the great Syrah wines of the Rhône
for more than 20 years, and with the family's rich experience
with world-class Shiraz in Australia,
vowed that if the right location were ever found in the
United States to create wines of this quality, he would
do so. A few years ago they found the soils in Sonoma County's
Dry Creek Valley and this wine is the result. Because Dry
Creek shares important soil characteristics with the Rhône,
it seemed only natural to produce a Syrah there. And it
was. The 2003 Syrah Dry Creek does justice to its
Rhône inspiration. 1800 cases produced.
2003
Angels' Peak Napa Valley
This meritage Cabernet blend draws on the Terlatos' longstanding
relationships with leading producers in Napa and Bordeaux.
This expertise and insight produced a superb Cabernet-based
blend, full-bodied and balanced. Angels' Peak expresses
some innovation, yet pays its respects to the classic traditions
of Bordeaux-style Grand Cru wines. 2000 cases produced.
